Beauty of black tea ☕ Black Orthodox kangra tea Brewing tips:- Boil water and pour it in a cup then Add 2 gms or 1 tea spoon of Orthodox black tea and Steep for 1,2 minutes. Leaves may be infused at least 3 times. If you want to give your black tea a stronger flavor, brew more tea leaves so that there is a larger ratio of leaves to water. We do not recommend steeping for more than five minutes, but as a general rule of thumb, the longer that you steep your tea, the more caffeinated it will become. You can add some dalchini or tulsi leaves during boiling of water and u can add some small cutted Almonds in you cup during steeping process. U can add honey and lemon as per your taste. Black tea is rich in antioxidants that may provide benefits including improved heart and gut health, lowered “bad” LDL cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels.
